The popularity of the Brooks HellRunner may lead to some delays upon arrival and departure. In thanking you for your patience and understanding, please ensure you arrive nice and early on the morning of the event.
Taxis and Disabled Parking
Runners arriving by taxi should instruct their driver to drop them off outside the main Guardroom at the entrance to Longmoor Camp. You will then be required to walk the c 800, signed route to the main event hub.
Bona fide disabled spectators (with their vehicles) shall be allowed to access the event via the main entrance to Longmoor Camp so long as they have applied for a parking permit in advance.
Permits can be obtained by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org stating the name of the runner and vehicle registration number.

There will be a manned baggage area close to the Start / Finish. Please note that we cannot guarantee the safety of any item(s) left in this area. You should ensure that all items of left baggage are clearly marked with your race number.
There will be a small changing area within the Left Baggage marquee close to the start/finish area. A lot of people will choose to use this though so we strongly recommend that you arrive in your running clothes and bring additional warm and dry items to put on for your return journey. We regret that there are NO SHOWER facilities on site at the venue.

May we ask all competitors to be respectful of the local environment, facilities and other competitors in all sanitary matters!
